What is the benefit of great functionalities when your customers aren't making the best use of it? I can't stand seeing the best of a product's potential remaining unveiled just because the users can't see it. I am a UI/UX designer and advocate. Users should be the focal point of any design. This is the main objective. As a magnet, it attract the return on the investment as well.
